It shows the products on your shelves to the people in your neighborhood who are looking for them. Today, when customers want something, they check their phone; if your showcase isn't there, your product can't be found even if it's in your shop. When you publish your products on Komşunuz, you show up in search, on the map and in categories — customers see the product, see the price and, if they like it, get in touch with you. We take no commission; the money you earn is all yours.

Four ways: search (“butcher”, “kids' shoes”), the map, category pages and the deal strips on the home page. You can also print your own QR code and poster from the panel and put it in your shop window — anyone who scans it goes straight to your showcase.

After you complete your registration, we review and approve your showcase. It goes live the moment it's approved and customers start seeing you. This check makes sure every shop on the platform is real — so there's no fake showcase next to yours either.

No, you can still be found: on the Free plan you also show up in search, on the map and in categories, get reviews and publish your products. What Featured gives you is more visibility: in search, category lists, Deals and the Deal Bulletin, Featured merchants' products are shown first, and Featured showcases come first in business lists; the FEATURED badge, “Ask about this product” requests and notifications to your customers are also only in Featured.

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit, we don't ask for card details, and we won't close your showcase one day saying “the trial is over”. You can keep 20 products live at the same time; adding products is always unlimited, products beyond 20 are saved as inactive, and you can publish them whenever you like.

Our prices are the same in every city — 549 ₺/month, 399 ₺/month on yearly. What differs is the campaign, not the price. In the cities where our team is based, we run special launch campaigns for merchants; right now these are Kahramanmaraş and Samsun. But no city is without a campaign: the regional support price applies in the earthquake region, and launch plans apply in all other cities. When it's your city's turn, there will be special campaigns for you too.

The limit is on the number of products you run campaigns on. On the Free plan, at most 10 of your products can have a campaign at the same time; campaigns you schedule for a later date count toward this number, and an expired campaign frees up a slot. Featured has no such limit.

No. None of your products are deleted. Featured continues until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to the Free plan: the first 20 products you added stay live and the rest become inactive — you can then change which ones are live however you like.

No. We don't charge your card automatically at the end of the period; we send you a reminder and you start the renewal yourself. Payments are processed through PayTR; we don't see or store your card details.

There's no in-app order/payment flow today. Komşunuz is a showcase: customers see your product, like it and contact you. You talk to the customer directly, with no commission.

When we add or remove a feature from a plan, we do it by updating the relevant contract annex, and we notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't accept it, your subscription ends at the end of the period; until then, the current terms continue unchanged.
